Bairnsdale West Primary School is a values-based organisation that has students at the centre of all decision making.
All staff while working at West are involved in a range of teams including whole staff, year level and grade. The expectation within each team is that the adults are working together to cater for the needs of each individual child enrolled. One of our favourite sayings is that we can achieve more together than apart.
We employ people from a range of backgrounds in a variety of roles to perform different duties to support our community. These roles may include teaching, teacher aiding, office support or grounds maintenance.
